We partner with
Oushk Pharmacy Ltd (“Oushk”) who handles clinical dispensing, prescription, and fulfillment under their own Terms. Oushk Pharmacy Ltd is registered at 58 Long Lane, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, Scotland, DD5 1HH. Oushk Pharmacy is located at Suite 1, Orient House, Newton Street, Hyde, Greater Manchester, SK14 4RY and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (“GPhC”) with number 9012610. The clinicians we engage are registered in the United Kingdom with the General Pharmaceutical Council and each hold accredited pharmacist independent prescriber qualifications.
2. Services Provided
• We provide an online platform for requesting treatment plans, clinical consultations, and ordering medication.
• All prescriptions and dispensing are conducted by Oushk Pharmacy under UK regulations.

Her dedication to patient care and commitment to continual learning ensure that you receive the best possible service and support. She ensures that Oushk Pharmacy meets the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. Her responsibilities include overseeing the safe and effective supply of medicines, maintaining our rigorous quality control standards, and providing expert healthcare advice.
• We act as a referral platform: you complete our online questionnaire or consult with our registered prescribers; Oushk assesses eligibility and issues prescriptions as appropriate.
3. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where our services and medications can be legally provided.
• You agree to provide accurate personal and health information. Screening may exclude you if certain criteria are not met.
4. Medical Disclaimer & Consultation
• Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice. All information is informational only.
• Final clinical decisions are made by Oushk’s registered prescribers.
• You must not disregard professional medical advice in favor of advice or content on this site.
• You are responsible for promptly notifying your healthcare provider of any adverse reactions or concerns.
5. Ordering & Payments
• Pricing shown includes dispensing and applicable fees.
• You must pay in full before we or Oushk process the order.
• Acceptable payment methods are listed at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
6. Subscription & Frequency
• When selecting a “frequency” (e.g., every month, every 2 months), you’re authorizing an ongoing subscription.
• You may cancel the subscription at any time in your account dashboard or by contacting us.
• Cancellation applies to future orders only—previous orders or payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Delivery & Shipping
• Oushk will ship medication to the address you provide.
• Delivery times vary; refer to the shipping policy page for details.
• We're not liable for delays due to carrier issues, customs, or incorrect address.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
• Medication may not be returned once shipped unless there is an error on our part or the product is faulty.
• If your order is cancelled before being reviewed by provider, we will refund you in full.
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.
9. Data Privacy
• We process your personal data in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.
• Your data is shared with Oushk only to enable clinical assessment and prescription fulfillment.
• We’ll never sell your data or share it outside of delivering the service.
10. Liability
• Our liability (and Oushk’s) is limited to the cost of the products/services you purchased.
• We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g. loss of income, loss of opportunity).
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
• Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis and is available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
• You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
11. Intellectual Property
• All content on the Site (text, logos, graphics, artwork) is owned or licensed by Measured Muslim Health and/or Oushk.
